It was also during this time that musician Luu Huu Phuoc was to witness his country’s struggle against foreign invaders. So he produced a series of epic poems.

After that, he also held important positions in the South, such as President of the Liberation Arts Association, Minister of Culture of the Provisional Government of the Republic of South Vietnam.
