He is a philanthropist
Phillip Schofield is a TV presenter and philanthropist who has long been active in charity fundraising efforts. For more than a decade he was patron of Royal Voluntary Service (RVS), supporting it on various campaigns – but the charity has since disassociated themselves with him due to his admission that he had an affair with one of its younger staff members.
He was one of the main presenters on This Morning until he left in May following reports of an ongoing feud between himself and co-host Holly Willoughby.
